More importantly, it gives you piece of mind that your home is built to withstand whatever mother nature throws at it! The home is located in the prestigious neighborhood of Vista Concordia, which overlooks St Croix’s beautiful Salt River bay and Christiansted Harbour. The views from this home are simply spectacular, and the orientation is east, which means that the breezes are equally magnificent, which will dramatically cut your energy costs.
