Whole unit back-up generators have been custom designed for the entire complex! (SEE DOCUMENTS) The insurance fee covers the condo complex as a whole and the units from the outside to the interior walls. Owners are encouraged to have individual policies for contents, upgrades, loss of use, liability etc. The Internet charge is for hardwired internet service to each unit as a fiber optic connection through Broadband VI which provides consistent service. General Manager Jonathan, has proven to be not only excellent and hands on, but well liked and gets the job done! He has a full time maintenance staff including a landscaper and part time office assistant.
