The gallery, with 500 additional ft2, reminds guests of a penthouse styled cruise-ship balcony, with similar views, and amazing ocean air. Buck Island Breezes has three bedrooms, one of which currently serves as an office /den, two full baths, an eat-in, full-size kitchen with wetbar, a formal dining room (currently used as an office but easily returned to dining), a great room with high ceilings, foyer with tray ceiling, ensuite Master, surround sound theater system, and many other high-scale amenities. Nearly every room has ocean views. The Master king-sized bedroom, with high ceilings and amazing ocean and Buck Island views, has a slider entrance to the gallery, an ensuite master bath, marble tiled two-person shower, a private lavatory, dual sinks, and high ceilings. The kitchen has granite countertops, built in oven and dishwasher, and built in lighting and high-end finishes. The great room provides an amazing living area, theater area, and perfect entertainment space. Custom tile gleams throughout, and the open concept makes for a luxurious spacious feel to the Condo. You must experience these views! Attention to detail includes custom designed railings throughout the great room, foyer, and dining room. Slate tile on the gallery makes the views even more amazing. The Condo's cool ocean-blue tones and white contrasting trim combined with the serene ocean waves create a calming, Zen atmosphere. The top of the line, high efficiency central air conditioner, new in 2012, keeps power bills reasonable while allowing a climate-controlled atmosphere. The guest bedroom has room for a king bed with side tables, and the condo has a GE, front-loading full-sized stacked washer and dryer (new in 2013), two tankless hot water heaters (master bedroom has its own) installed in 2012, a 2016 pressure pump (providing high water pressure), and a 2011 UV light and carbon water filtration system, all of which increase the amenities for this condo. Broadband VI cable and alarm system are available (monthly costs do apply). The active condo association has reasonable fees for the amenities (with 100% windstorm insurance included).
