A roof was added to the deck area, making the space much more usable and enjoyable. The view is just incredible! There are two refrigerators, one is about 1.5 years old, the other is older, and a new stove, and new washer. Dish network services the house, and broadband provides the WIFI. There are custom cabinets/furniture throughout the house, all very nice quality. The 11.5 KW diesel generator is about 10 years old, but has new parts and works great. There's a portable 6K generator as well for backup. The property is fenced, but does not denote the property line; it's for the dogs. Please see survey. The house encroaches into the setback by about 6 inches, and one corner of the deck encroaches into setback by about 2 feet. The concrete retaining walls in side yard are in the setback. No waivers can be obtained now - perhaps later - so house is being sold "WHERE IS." These owners have added the pool and tiki hut to the property - and the home was used as a vacation rental for about 4 years, prior to the owners moving here full time. The rentals definitely offset their expenses. Electric runs around $250 - $450 per month, depending on season and usage. Also added to the home were a couple of covered storage areas under the house and the owners have terraced the side yard and use it for gardening. Maria pretty much took out their garden, but prior to that, it was a lush and productive garden, and can be again, under your care! This home is perfect for a couple who are able to work from home. Kids LOVE it! The property consists of three plots. Plot 492 is the plot the home sits on. There's a small (.081 acres) sliver of land that also conveys (plot 129-1) and is on the same tax ID. And the lot to the right of the pool is plot 491. The owners purchased that to protect their privacy, and it conveys with the sale of the home. You could build another home on it, just leave it natural, or even sell it if you don't mind neighbors.
