The home comes fully furnished and is move-in ready! It was recently remodeled to the highest standards. All counter tops in the kitchens and baths are granite. All the "view" doors are hurricane rated glass and the rest of the windows have permanent retractable hurricane shutters. The stoves and outdoor grill are propane and feed off a hidden 250 gallon tank, which means no switching out tanks.
