The great room has an open layout encompassing the living, dining and kitchen areas all of which enjoy views of Buck Island and blue Caribbean Sea. The kitchen has an efficient design and is trimmed with mahogany cabinets, granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. It has a casual eat-in bar and there is a more formal dining area as well. All three bedroom have artfully tiled baths en suite and the master bedroom has an auxiliary room which can easily be used as a library, office, sitting room, art studio or nursery. Two of the three bedrooms face the sea and have French doors opening out. The entire home is equipped with split air-conditioning units throughout for comfortable individual climate control and energy efficiency. But, for those seeking a more natural environment, the home has a perfect north easterly orientation to capture the cooling trade winds. Beach access is simply a hop, skip and a jump down a convenient set of access stairs located just off of the sea side deck and voila you're in your kayak and off to nearby Buck Island! And if activity isn't on the agenda, just lounge in a chaise or enjoy a cocktail on the waterfront deck be it under the warm Caribbean sun or a canopy of twinkling stars.
