Renting the studio apartment will be easy has it has a full kitchen, ample-sized bathroom and roomy living space. Built in 2002 by Leo Ash, the house was constructed using 12" block for the exterior walls, 6" block for interior walls. Beams are 18" apart with hurricane straps, providing extra windstorm strength.
